Do you feel like sometimes everything is going against you?

That your treading water, whatever you do you don’t seem to be able to move forward?

Do you say why me?

What’s happened to my life?

Is this it?

If the answer is yes to any of the above or similar, then don’t worry you are not alone?

There are many people out there, going through similar things to you, feeling similar feelings to you and feeling down like you.

When talking to my friends in Aberdeen everyone is talking about the doom and gloom that has affected the Granite City due to the oil and gas slump that has led to so many people losing their jobs.

Back in London speaking to three girl friends who are all about the same age, it was amazing how their situations and the feelings they were going through were so similar, with having to cope with the emotional stress of having to look after elderly parents, but they found some comfort in realising they were not alone and other’s were going through a similar thing.

It’s life, that’s what happens we have ups and downs we win we lose.

Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho are two of the most successful football managers of all time.

But Manchester City’s defeat to Manchester United on Wednesday night in the EFL Cup means they are now on a run of six games without a win.

That’s a bit of a shock, given their 10-game winning sequence to start the season — and nobody at the club will be less accustomed to not tasting victory than Pep Guardiola.

In fact, the Catalan is now on the longest winless streak of his coaching career.

And the much needed victory in the Manchester derby on Wednesday against his arch nemesis for Jose Mourinho came straight after was absolutely humiliated on his Stamford Bridge return on Sunday, when his Manchester United team were smashed 4–0 by his old flame Chelsea.

Jose and Pepe’s winning spirit and mentality will not be defeated after their defeats. No they will dig deep learn lessons from the defeats and come back stronger.

And that is what you have to do in your own life. You have to dig deep, get up when you feel down, and learn the lessons you need to learn to come back stronger.

And one thing you must do is,

Never, Ever, Ever, Give Up

Have a fabulous Friday peeps and a wonderful weekend
