Helen Paul is a Nigerian singer, comedian and actress. Helen who is widely called Tatafo was born on January 29, 1978 and was catered for by her grandmother in Lagos.

After completing high school, University and obtaining her Masters and Doctorate degree in Theatre Arts, Helen began her career as front desk manager at the Eko FM studios. Tatafo has featured in music groups such as P-Square, Inifinity and Olufunmi. In 2012, she released her debut album captioned Welcome Party.

As a media personality, she has presented in different renowned media houses like Mnet, Naija FM, Continental Broadcasting Service, LTVB.

Tatafo being an actress has starred in movies like The Place, A Wish, The Return of Jenifa, Damage, Igboya and many more. She set up Massive Fabrics and Bridal in 2012. She also established the Helen Paul Theatre and Film Academy in the year 2014.

In 2010, Tatafo found the love of her life, Femi Bamisile and settled down with him. The couple are blessed with four children.
